The Dust Bowl: Fact and Fiction Information Set
The objective of this class project was to collaborate with a classmate partner, create a packaging/print mock product that covered a topic that originates from our state (Oklahoma), experiment with incorporating the use of a laser cutter, and pick an audience.
My partner and I decided to cover the "Dust Bowl". Since we pictured the information set to be distributed to students at Dust Bowl related museums (i.e Woody Guthrie Center, No-Man's Land Museum), we chose the essential features of the design to be a card set and a map in order for the set to be engaging and hands-on for students.
